How to enable cookies
Internet Explorer (Version 5)

Under Tools select Internet Options.

In the 'Internet Options' window select the 'Security' tab.

Select the 'Internet' Web content zone.

Click on the Custom Level button.

In the 'Security Settings' window scroll down to 'Cookies.'

Select 'Enabled' under 'Allow per-session cookies (not stored).'
