We are a close and personal web service company.  We pride ourselves in our customer service along with the many other services we offer you. We are always at the phone ready to help you when you need it. You will find that we do not have support tickets you must fill out to speak with us or fill out an email form for help. Nope none of that. We offer a phone number; of course at times we get busy! So you might have to leave us a voice mail, however we will call you right back.

Our business is built around real customers, some home based, some retail stores, some personal websites, and a few large corporations.

You will find that we will spend the time to work with you on your website needs! No matter how long it takes, you will also find during this time we will also work with your budget. We are not like large web design companies that charge for everything they do to your site, or lock you into contracts. We will adjust prices as we are speaking with you; focus on what you need and what your goal is. We believe when you join up with Tahoe Web Service you are joining a team! And team members help other team members out right?

We offer many types of plans and ideas; we keep things simple as to not go over your head or over your budget! We do not care if you have $20.00 or $1,000.00 to spend, we treat all people the same. How and Why Did We Start Tahoe Web Service? How Long Have You Been Doing This?

Tahoe Web Service was started as a result from our very first web page we put together. We spent many days, hours working on this one website to see what was going to work and what would not work, so needless to say we have spent millions of hours investigating these things. The end result was this first webpage was pretty successful which brings us to why we started this type of service. Tahoe Web Service was started for the sole purpose of helping people become successful over the internet in time. We wanted a full service company that would offer people everything they need at better prices. So many times in the beginning of our web development days we had one company doing one thing, another company doing something else, etc. at times we had 6 different businesses doing different things (made for tuff book keeping work) So we thought let's build a service and offer everything in one place. We became tired of the same old day in and day out things with hosting service, SEO people, design people, etc. we wanted to take things to the next level. We thought with so many people out in the world today building websites “TERRIFIC WEBSITES” that if they were just turned in the right direction they would be making money left and right hence the start of Tahoe Web Service.

Tahoe Web Service has been making websites since 2000. We really started playing around with them in 1999. So we have some time under our belt and many hours, tons of research, and tons of tricks. Of course some of these things that work or worked for us! Might not work for you (at least we are honest) however this does not mean we can not come up with something that will work for you.

Oh we almost forgot to mention the site we were speaking of. This site and business is called Tahoe Pine Works (www.tahoepineworks.com) some of you may have seen this and just maybe some of you are customers of Tahoe Pine Works (for those that are customers! Well you know we take pride in our work). We still keep Tahoe Pine Works running strong as this is our release of the daily grind of web hosting, design, and marketing. Maybe this is why we have success; we always turn back to the relaxing work of building rustic décor items?

About Our Hosting Product:  When your site is opened, you will have a full function website. A few minutes on the phone with us and your cart can be taking sales immediately. Once we finish your site, it is up to you to market it or you can ask us for help in doing this (two minds are better than one). We can offer more features then most designers or hosting services we will send you a full list of options that you can have included with your website example: chat rooms, calendars, auction pages, members only pages, searchable media, posting boards, etc. Of course if you need something special on your website! We can code this for you using our software. Our hosting service is set at $20.00 a month, of course you may find some hosting cheaper but you get what you pay for when you go that route. Our service is up 99.9 % of the time, fast loading times, secure, not to mention we are not 6 million miles away from our servers! We have a person that is by the servers all the time. We also start you out with a shopping cart that will hold over 2,000 pieces of product! (other places charge you extra for a shopping cart, we have seen these charges range from $20.00 for a ten item cart to $49.95 a month to a unlimited cart) so paying our $20.00 a month hosting fee is cheap in our eyes. How soon do we start after you sign up?

We start working on your site right after we hang up the phone. Of course you are going to have to make some time as we will be contacting you a lot as we want you to check things as we are doing them. The only thing you have to do is help us with your “about us page” (hey we may know how to do a lot of things! However we don’t like to make things up about people and customers would rather hear your words then ours about you. Of course we will code it out for you) we understand that your time is better spent working on what you do best! And that is your business.

Our Logo Design: Our logo making program is pretty simple (member I said we like to keep things simple for our customers above?) we offer you great logos for your website (of course you get one free with our services). We ventured into logo design a few years back. We were searching for a logo for one of our other businesses and we could not believe the prices people were charging to make us a logo (we had some quotes well over $500.00 dollars). How ridicules is that? So we thought we can make our own logos for that price. Ever since we made our first logo, we thought we would offer this service to our customers at a very reasonable price! So we listed it. Of course we listed some prices on our webpage for this service; however contacting us is the best way, after all our goal is to work with you and your budget. It does not bother us to make a logo for $15.00 dollars or to make a logo for $100.00 dollars. Bottom line is you are happy with your logo.

Our Site Re-Design Program: Many times we run into people that are happy with the hosing service they have, however they are unhappy with the end result of how the website was built. This is no problem at all. We have found by spending as little as a half hour to an hour working on your website! We have turned your frown upside down. This is something that we love to do. Many times it could just be some simple things to cleaning the site up a bit or it could be a complete web overhaul. No matter what the problem is! Our Site Maintenance Program: Much like our Re-Design program, we offer a maintenance program. You can have us log in to your site (no matters were it is hosted) and check on things for you. As we said something that might take you hours to do might take us a few minutes. Why risk having your website down and loosing business? We started site maintenance from a group we were involved in. After speaking with many members of this group about site building, we found many times that all these people needed was some maintenance on the website. We worked on one website for about 10 minutes fixing a few broken links, from that it turned into 2 sites 4 sites, 8 sites, 12 sites, and so on.
